How do you create your products?
I make everything myself, from drawing the design to printing and cutting, gluing, etc.
When will you send my order?
I usually prepare and send your package in the 1-3 working days following your order.
Keep in mind that I am a small artist with a small storage space, as such I only have a few items of each design in stock. If I have a lot of orders at once, or if you make a really big order, I might need a bit more time to make all the necessary items. Thank you for your patience in advance!
What shipping methods do you offer?
I send the packages through French carrier La Poste.
Estimated delivery to France : 3 working days ; rest of the world : 4 to 8 working days
I am not responsible for delivery delays.
Is tracking available?
I only offer tracking to the countries where the carrier allows tracking up to the destination. If tracking is available to your country, it will appear in the shipping options.
What about taxes?
I am not responsible for any import or other additional fees. Please check your local regulations.
I am based in France, so VAT is already included when applicable for UE residents.
Help, my package is lost/damaged!
Contact me as soon as possible, so I can contact the shipping carrier or send you a replacement if necesary.
I changed my mind, I don't want my order anymore.
You can freely cancel your order for 1 hour.
After this point, you can ask for a return for 14 days after delivery. You will need to send the product back in its original packaging and you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
